The Océane 45ter is anchored to the Estacade Avenue, 85550 Fromentine (FRANCE) where you can moor your boat during six months of the year.
The Océane is silted in the heart of a pleasant little resort, itself surrounded by several beautiful beaches Vendée.

The Océane is a residence labeled, modern, quiet, bright and spacious, designed in 1951 and divided into two units with two access
distinct. A house type F3 of 80 m², ranked 3 *** and type F2 apartment of 40 m², classified 2 **, built in the basement and offering
same equipment and the same comfort as home. Its area is also illuminated by a large glass Length bay.
The Océane can accommodate two families of 8 to 9 people (4-5 people for F3 and *** for 4 persons F2 **). Practical information At the Océane, then you are in the heart of the station and take you directly to the ocean, 25 m at the end of the private road. You are 50 meters from the most close to beaches (here, the small unsupervised beach) and 300 m from the beach lifeguard (summer), the sailing school of yachting school the Kitesurf School (throughout the year). You are close to everything and everyone : the agency beaches, the tourist office, the pier to the Ile d'Yeu, the bus station for buses, the market (summer) Saturday morning from 15 June to 15 September, the farmers' market (summer)
with gourmet evenings and entertainment (Monday evenings, from June 15 to September 15), all shops, hair salons, beauty salon, restaurants, cultural activities (+ shows, summer), sports (throughout the year) and recreation (summer) to delight the children : rides children, fishing for ducks, games room and shuffleboard). You are also preferred for your neighbors oyster tasting fruit Sea (without intermediary from producer to consumer). Finally, you are at 800 m Intermarché, easily reached by bike or on foot, for sports and sportsmen. Access to Fromentine Fromentine is 5 hours drive from Paris (A11), 3 hours from Paris by TGV to Nantes (2 hours) and the bus line 13 (1 h), 1 hour from Paris by plane to Nantes, then for line 13 (1 h). You also have the option of renting a car with Europcar agency in Nantes train station or at the airport. The Océane is served by several bus line. It is in Nantes or La Roche sur Yon you arrive by train, and the bus will take you in Fromentine. However, you have the Europcar (car rental) and info Airport Nantes.
